Ramadan
First time I learn fasting is when I am 7 years old. However, I always skip my fasting that time. I only was fasting for half a day. When I am 9 years old, I got RM30 from my mum because I fasting for fully 30 days.
Ramadan for this year is a special Ramadan for me. You know why?? Many special things for my life happen in Ramadan this year. I was celebrated my 20’s birthday in fasting month this year. I got a surprise from my friend.
Ramadan this year gave me many best experiences for me. This year, my friend and I got a chance to open a stall at Bazar Ramadan in KPTM. We sold otak-otak and curry puff. These experiences are very useful for my future and my working life.

How do I communicate effectively with others?
However, some of us do not know how to communicate effectively with others.
Firstly, we should know with who we are talking either with children, teen or with eldest. Secondly, use good eye contact. If you want to appear competent and confident when speaking to a group of people, display good eye contact.
Beside that, you must strengthen your voice. A strong speaking voice is necessary when communicate with others. Person with a soft or high voice are typically identified as easy prey by aggressive individuals. Speak slower. Speaking fast comes natural for some people. However, if you want to improve your communication skills and maintain a relaxed disposition, slow down.

Did you know that healthy lifestyle begin with healthy food? Healthy food is very important to get a healthy lifestyle. Healthy food is essential. You are what you eat, so if you eat healthy, you are healthy. If you're just starting to have a healthy lifestyle, you probably don't know healthy food.
Think about your health and your lifestyle instead. Start by learning which foods are good for you. What is healthy food? There are types of healthy food which can leads to a healthy lifestyle:
-Green and brightly colored vegetables
-Dark leafy greens and lettuce
-Fresh fruits and berries
-Lean turkey and chicken
-Nuts, dried fruits and healthy snacks
-Whole grain breads and pasta
-Healthy cooking oils like canola and olive oils
-Grass fed beef and bison
-Cold water oily ocean fish
-Low fat milk or soy beverages
-Nuts, seeds and legumes
Remember to eat a variety of foods to get all of the vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy. Stick to water, milk and 100% fruit and vegetable juices as your main beverages and limit sugary soft drinks.
Actually, easy to get a healthy lifestyle...what you must to do?? Just eat a healthy food and make some exercise.

A h1n1
Influenza A H1N1 has the similar symptoms with regular flu. There a the symptoms of H1N1 fever, sore throat, nasal, cough, respiratory problems and body aches.
However, my friends in Kolej Poly-Tech MARA are also infected with H1N1 flu. They are quarantined in Blok H. Encik Badrul and Miss Illyani are the person who responsible to take care about the students who in isolation. Because of H1N1 virus, our college was close for one week starting 6 August 09 until 12 August 09. It is because to keep clean our college’s environment and to prevent the H1N1 from spreading to other people.

My Problem in Using English in Public and How Can I Over Come It….
Even though, when I speak in public, I always have some problems with my English. Sometimes, I lost my confident when I present or give a speech at public. I always worried if I can’t give a good speech or a good presentation. Every time when I do a presentation, I always felt nervous. I can’t believe that I can do a better compare with my friends. I always felt embarrassed when I want speak English in public although in front of my friends or my family.
Guys, how can I over come it?? Firstly, I need to make a fully prepared before I do a presentation. I must make some research about the topic of my speech. And the important thing is I must practice to using English everyday in my social life, although in my informal talk with others.
I really hope that someday I will be a good speaker that using the excellent English.
